  • Contributing to the definition of circuit blocks and design planning
  • Autonomously designing circuit topologies to meet the given specifications within a timeframe
  • Designing and layouting advanced analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits, using state-of-the-art tools
  • Working with a diversity of design and layout tools and equipment
  • Chip evaluation and characterization with an emphasis on owned block
  • Participating in and contributing to design review meetings
  • Cooperation on other engineering disciplines in product development and support (test, application, etc.)
  • Sharing design experiences with other designers through meetings and documentation


  • MSc or equivalent from a Technical University in the field of Micro-electronics
  • Detailed knowledge of (analog) CMOS integrated circuits
  • Good understanding of (analog) signal processing techniques
  • Familiarity with Cadence and/or Mentor design flow and tools
  • Fluency in verbal and written communication in English
  • Prior industrial experience in analog and mixed-signal design is a plus
